On the front, Mary is depicted with the Christ Child, symbolizing her maternal guidance and protection. The inscription, “Notre Dame du Mont Carmel priez pour nous,” translates to “Our Lady of Mount Carmel, pray for us.”

The reverse side displays the insignia of the Carmelite Order with the words “Congrégation des Enfants de Marie” around the edges, meaning “Congregation of the Children of Mary,” and the label “Carmes” at the bottom, indicating its association with the Carmelite religious order.
