The relic is encased within a finely crafted gold-tone metal locket, which displays the relic under a glass cover with a red fabric background. The label inside reads S. Eleutherii I. P. M., indicating its authenticity and veneration. The relic is accompanied by its original wax seal on the reverse, dating it between 1915 and 1959, ensuring its ecclesiastical certification.
