We use, LaPoste, the French postal services for shipping all orders. Once the parcel is in the destination country, the local post service takes care of the delivery.
Handling time is up to 4 days. Artefacts-Collector reserves the right to take more handling time if nescessary due to for example a sudden shortage in packing materials or if the postal services are on strike.
Europe : 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 4 to 12 weeks
Estimated delivery delays are approximate and Artefacts-Collector does not guarantee delivery within that delay. The buyer releases Artefacts-Collector from all responsibility for damages, losses, or potential expenses that may result from the difference between the estimated and the actual delivery delays.
All shipping fee include shipping & handling costs. A package is always shipped with tracking number.

up to 100 gram -> € 6

Shipping with tracking + insurance up to 20 gram -> € 7

Shipping larger items with package delivery service Colissimo -> € 35
Shipping with tracking provides a tracking, no insurrance.
Shipping with tracking and insurrance provides a tracking and an insurrance.
Shipping larger and/or more valuable orders are shipped with Colissimo, the package delivery service of the French postal service, Laposte. Shipping with Colissimo provides a tracking and a higher class of insurrance.
The tracking number for your order will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Artefacts-Collector reserves the right to adapt the shipping prices at all times and whenever the postal service Laposte carries out his rate changes for the shipping.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
To return a product, you must do so within five (5) days from the date you receive it. You must return the product in its original packaging and ensure that it is well packaged, as Artefacts-Collector will not provide reimbursement for any damaged products. You may choose the return delivery mode you want, however, it is suggested that you choose a delivery model that can be tracked. After receipt and review of the returned product, we will proceed with the reimbursement of your order on the payment method that was used to purchase the returned product. Take note that return transportation costs are not reimbursed by Artefacts-Collector and remain your responsibility.
Artefacts-Collector has no control or responsibility towards any fee or tax that can be charged to the customer by their country’s customs upon delivery.
