Rare antique silver art medal by famous Belgian engraver artist & sculptor, Godefroid Devreese (1861-1941). Minted for the city of Tournai, in Belgium, honoring the attendance of the city town hall council. Devreese designed the medal in 1901 and this examplar was minted in 1906. The refined scene of the pottery craftsman in his workshop, outside the window, is the Notre Dame cathedral of Tournai. Precious work of art.

On the reverse side is the attendance listed of the city town hall council of Tournai of the year 1906.
