Beautiful vintage token produced by Arthus Bertrand. This is one in a large series of medals minted to souvenir cathedrals and sanctuaries in France. Representation of the Christ in glory from the ceiling of the choir in the Sacré Coeur basilica of Montmartre. On the reverse side is a Maltese cross before a gothic-styled nave. This token was issued in 2012. A great souvenir or nice adding to a collection.
